Annie McVay is the SOJC Graduate Programs Assistant. 

Previously, Annie was a Building Services Coordinator (BSC) at the Erb Memorial Union building on campus, a writer and photographer with Green Eugene, a member of The Student Voice, an intern with the Student Alumni Association, and a member of Duck TV, under both the News and Media & Communications External teams. 

Annie received her Associates from Portland Community College, where she was elected the Public Relations Officer for Phi Theta Kappa Beta Pi Rho, and her Bachelor's of Science from the University of Oregon. She majored in Public Relations and double minored in Sociology and Comics & Cartoons. One highlight of her senior year was meeting comics journalist Joe Sacco, a UO alumni, at the Art of the News event.

In her free time, Annie likes to craft, garden, and cosplay at anime conventions.
