Connie Brady started her career working in urban planning, later moving into public transportation after finishing her MBA at Gonzaga University. In 2000, she moved into higher education, working at Eastern Washington University. For more than 20 years, Brady has been working with leadership in colleges and schools to align higher education objectives with strategic plans, solid financial initiatives, and business management goals.
On the human side, Brady has a passion for change management (and is a certified change management practitioner), human resources, and work initiatives and projects that help others. Her other interests include spending time with friends, family, and pets; exploring; March Madness; and walking on the beach.
