Biography
Elisabeth (Eli) Holmes is an experienced litigator practicing federal environmental law, including Clean Water Act, FOIA, ESA, and NEPA litigation. At Oregon Law, she is an Adjunct Instructor and teaches Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy. Eli is also a Staff Attorney at Willamette Riverkeeper and runs a private public interest law firm, Blue River Law, P.C.  Eli regularly practices in a variety of federal district and appellate courts.
Eli holds a B.A. in French Literature with a Certificate in African Studies from Mount Holyoke College, a M.A. in Modern French Literature from Middlebury College, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a LL.M. in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Oregon.
