Eren Çil is an associate professor in the Department of Operations and Business Analytics and the Robert J. and Leona M. DeArmond Research Scholar at the Lundquist College of Business. His expertise includes service operations management, large-scale service systems, queuing theory, and design and contract theory. His research on these topics has been published in publications including Management Science, Production and Operations Management, and Operations Research.
Çil received his PhD in operations management from Northwestern University. He is a member of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), the Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), and the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Society (M&SOM).
