Jinky Panganiban is an accomplished global executive and mentor with more than 20 years of experience in general management, product creation, merchandising, brand, sales, and strategy in the sports and lifestyle industry. She has worked with diverse teams across cultures and led businesses in Asia Pacific, U.S., Latin America, and Europe for Nike, Inc.

Panganiban is a big proponent of diversity and inclusion and was an active mentor for both the Asia Pacific network and the women's network. She also received certification for diversity and inclusion from Stanford University. She is currently an angel investor and part of a network that is focused on raising the next generation of sports companies and leaders through funding and mentoring for founders. She also sits on the board of two nonprofit organizations that benefit women entrepreneurs and diverse communities.
