New Support Portal for Profile Help
We’ve launched a new Knowledge Base and Ticket Portal through service.uoregon.edu to make it easier for faculty and staff to get help with UOProfiles.
Now, if you need to request a profile update or report incorrect information, you no longer need to know who your Profile Department Administrator is. Simply select your department in the portal, and your request will be routed to the correct administrator automatically.
This system also allows us to track requests, ensuring timely responses and better support for your needs.
