Jennifer Welander is an instructor of accounting, director of the Master of Accounting program, and a capstone advisor for the Oregon Executive MBA program at the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.

Welander began her career at KPMG LLP, and during her more than seven years with the firm worked in the audit division with a focus on technology and government clients. In early 2000, she left KPMG as a senior audit manager to join a Beaverton, Oregon transportation technology company as a finance leader. In 2003, she became the controller for a real estate developer in Bend, Oregon. Welander joined St. Charles Health System, Inc. in 2009 as its director of accounting, and then later as its director of finance. In 2015, she was named the company's chief financial officer, a role she served in until 2021, when she joined the University of Oregon.

Welander is an active-licensed CPA and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Oregon.
