Kathryn Kuttis is a senior instructor at the School of Journalism and Communication. She teaches classes on strategic business writing and PR campaigns.
Before joining the SOJC in 2013, Kathryn was a vice president with Edelman Public Relations in New York, where she advised Fortune 500 clients like Adidas-Salomon on corporate communications and media relations. She shares her professional experience as the faculty advisor for IR Futures, a student group that promotes knowledge of the capital markets and works to shape the next generation of socially conscious corporate PR leaders.
Kathryn is a University of Oregon alum with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from the College of Design. She uses the intersection of these two disciplines to explore media and the visual display of complex information.
