Short is cofounder and managing partner of New Season Coaching & Consulting Group and an executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership. She has significant experience managing P&Ls and leading large, cross-functional, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams after a long year career with PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble. Having served on the advisory board for a global franchise company, and as owner of several franchise locations, Short provides additional insight and deeper perspective for those working in growth companies and/or entrepreneurial divisions or businesses.
Short earned her BA in economics from Davidson College and is an OEMBA alumna. She is certified by the International Coach Federation and received her coaching credentials from The Center for Creative Leadership, The Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, and several other programs.
