Nicolas (Nick) Van Ert joins the School of Music and Dance communications team as Graphic Designer & Multimedia Specialist. In this role, Nick serves as the primary print and digital designer for all SOMD projects.

 

Nick earned his bachelor of arts from Arizona State University majoring in intermedia art plus has taken additional master’s level coursework in visual communication and design.

 

A native to Arizona, Nick has given up the blistering sun and dirt for the rain and trees. A good trade in his mind. He is an alumnus of the ASU Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Intermedia Arts. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, adding to his plant collection, going to art museums, and of course, making design and art.
