Tom Fagan has been an Attorney with Public Defender Services of Lane County, Inc. since 1980.  Before that he was in private practice for seven years.  He has worked with computers and applications for legal systems since punch cards, through slow direct connections and now into the internet era.  One accomplishment was the first Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Associate publication of a Form Book, in 1982.  This volume has gone through multiple updates and revisions and now is available through the OCDLA website.
