Jason holds a Masters of Environment Law and JD from Vermont Law School. He has worked for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the California Public Utilities Commission, the Vermont Public Service Board, Bonneville Power Administration, the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance and the Oregon Public Utilities Commission.
