Biography
Jenny Ellis joined the Lundquist College of Business as an adjunct instructor in 1997. She sometimes also teaches in the Department of Economics at the University of Oregon. For the past few years she has spent part of her summers as a visiting professor at Aomori Public College in northern Japan.
