Ariel Coburn is the Development Project Coordinator for the School of Journalism and Communication. Raised in San Antonio, Texas, she is a UTSA Roadrunner having majored in English. Ariel joined the University of Oregon in 2023 with aspirations of making a difference in higher education. Ariel brings a wealth of knowledge of project coordinating and management from her experience of working in the private sector for 7+ years. As a first-generation college student, Ariel highly values higher education and student success. Ariel continues to be an advocate for underrepresented people groups at UO.
