Biography

Kay Crider teaches law for the Lundquist College of Business, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Law at the University of Oregon. She has more than twenty years of experience representing clients on environmental and business matters.

Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Oregon, she was house counsel and development director at a conservation organization, a capital partner at the law firm of Haynes and Boone LLP, and an attorney at the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. While attending law school, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Donald P. O'Connell for one year and was executive articles editor of the Law Review.
