- One of 75 authors chosen for writing the most influential articles (out of 3500+ articles) in Public Administration Review’s 75-year history. The article chosen, “Citizen Participation in Decision Making: Is it Worth the Effort?” was published in 2004 and co-authored by John Stansbury.
